Attorney Stephen P. Lin graduated from The University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree in East Asian studies, graduating with distinction in the major and magna cum laude from Yale University in 1995.

Zachary R. Rayo
Associate Attorney
A native of the Philippines, Mr. Rayo joined The Preble Law Firm in April, 2007. In addition to his law degree from the University of Hawaii School of Law, he also has an advanced law degree in estate planning obtained from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Rayo is a member of the state bars of California, Florida, and Hawaii.

In February 2004, Mario started to consult with the firm to provide expertise in the areas of marketing and advertising. After putting together a successful marketing campaign, and sharing Mr. Preble's vision for the firm's expansion, Mario became the all around handyman in the administrative areas of the firm.
