Before joining the Preble Law Firm, Sydara held various progressively responsible positions that have honed her skills in accounting, office management, and customer service. Sydara gives credit of her innate passion for working with systems and numbers to her father, a physics and mathematics enthusiast. An advocate of minority rights, Sydara encourages men and women of ethnic backgrounds to actively voice ideas and oppositions through our democratic system. She also believes in encouraging women to strive and to challenge themselves in their careers. Sydara, her husband Kim, and their two daughters, are proud homeowners in Antioch. They are also proud of their precocious seven year old whom is a part of the Honorary Math and Reading Group in second grade, and is already exhibiting signs of leadership by helping her peers in reaching their academic goals. Of Laotian heritage, Sydara is proficient in speaking, reading and writing in the Lao language.
